App stays on the launch screen
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Confirm you installed the latest TestFlight or App Store build.
- If it persists, email your iPhone model, iOS version and app build number.
Music, sounds or haptics
Open Settings to control Music, Sound Effects and Haptics separately. Music respects the iPhone silent switch and stops when the app moves to the background.
Trader Pro purchase
Open Settings → Trader Pro. Use Restore Purchase if you already bought it with the same Apple ID. Trader Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
Game Center
Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that you are signed in. The game remains playable offline if Game Center is unavailable.
Reset local data
Settings → Reset Progress removes local progress, settings, statistics and saved runs. Uninstalling the app can also remove local data. Game Center records and Apple purchase history are managed by Apple.
