Privacy, in plain language.

1. Data stored on your device

Saved runs, settings, statistics, achievements and progression are stored locally using device storage. They remain on your device until you reset progress or remove the app. We do not receive this local gameplay data through our own server.

2. Optional services

• Supabase is used only when you open Duel sharing. It creates an anonymous, email-free app identity and stores your chosen trader name, random friend code, reciprocal friend links and the last shared Duel seed. It does not receive your moves, board state, contacts or real financial data.
• Apple Game Center may process your Game Center identity, scores and achievements when you sign in. Apple controls that data.
• RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit process purchase status, product identifiers and a pseudonymous app user identifier to sell and restore Trader Pro. We do not receive payment-card details.
• Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize may process device, ad-delivery, interaction and anti-fraud data. Personalized advertising is requested only after your choice and, where required, Apple ATT authorization. Limited ads may still use data needed for delivery, security and frequency control.
• Sentry receives technical crash diagnostics such as app/build version, device and operating-system information, stack traces and launch stages. Sending default personal information is disabled; trader names and gameplay profiles are not attached.
• Expo Updates may process technical request data needed to deliver signed app updates.

3. Advertising choices

Before ads initialize, one neutral Continue screen opens Apple's system tracking request. There is no alternate close or later action. If you decline tracking, the app uses limited ads and gameplay remains unchanged. You can reset the local ad setting in the app and change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Buying Trader Pro disables interstitial ads and avoids ad initialization after entitlement refresh.

4. Data we do not request

The app does not request your contacts, precise location, camera, photos, microphone, health data, real financial accounts or broker credentials. Music playback does not require microphone access.

5. Purpose, retention and sharing

Technical and purchase data is used to operate the app, restore purchases, serve ads when applicable, prevent fraud and diagnose crashes. Optional Duel identity data is used only to open shared-seed challenges and keep reciprocal friends available for rematches. It remains until Reset Progress successfully deletes the social profile while online, or until you request deletion. Service providers retain data under their own policies and legal obligations. We require service providers to protect data consistently with this policy and applicable law. We do not sell personal data ourselves. Ad partners may qualify as sharing for targeted advertising under some laws when you authorize personalized ads.

6. Children

2048 Trader is a general-audience puzzle and is not listed in Apple’s Kids Category. A parent or guardian should manage advertising and tracking choices for a minor where required by local law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data we control, and you may object to or opt out of certain processing. Reset Progress deletes local gameplay data and requests deletion of the optional Duel social profile; if offline, the app retries that deletion the next time Duel connects. Apple data is managed through your Apple account.
